AbmTaxes allows, in connection with your standard telephone, to manage and charge to the files the taxes telephone inherent with the calls passed through the operators or by the customers from their office for the business districts.

When an operator passes a call for a customer, at the time of hung up again, AbmTaxes will open a window on its screen requiring of him to specify the file in which must be entered. According to your standard, this operation can be entirely automated (system of the code of charge).

For the business districts, when a customer passes a call from its office, the whole of the telephone taxes generated are automatically registered in its accounts.

Any moment, it is possible to consult the listing of the calls outgoing and entering. A system of search multi-criteria is included with allowing AbmTaxes, for example, to question the whole of the outgoing calls towards a number, and to obtain the number of telephone taxes consumed during one period. For certain automatic exchanges, a system of statistics allows to obtain additional information on the traffic telephone: total time of conversation average or station by station, time of ringing...
